Dilapidations Advice

At lease end, our client instructed us to inspect and prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations. Following service, we successfully negotiated a financial settlement. Once the lease expired, we then provided additional advice for our client to carry out a refurbishment scheme to present the property ready for reletting.
